Terms and Conditions

The Rainbow Book Club reserves the right to refuse the application of a potential exhibitor even after a payment has been made. In such an instance, if he/she has made a payment, he/she will be entitled to a full refund.

Amendments, Locations and Cancellations
Rainbow Book Club reserves the right to amend the programme and change booth locations or venue at any time without compensating exhibitors. All cancellations by us will be accompanied only, by a refund of fees paid to us by exhibitors. No refund will be made if an exhibitor decides to withdraw from the book fair & exhibition after a confirmed booking.

Allocation of Stands
This will be guided by the nature of the exhibits and on a first come first served basis. Rainbow Book Club reserves the right to re-allocate a stand prior to or during the book fair & exhibition without any compensation.

Cleaning and Security
Rainbow Book Club will, in collaboration with the hosting venue, take all reasonable security precaution in the interest of exhibitors. However, we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to exhibitor's personal effects, exhibits or booths.

Rainbow Book Club will provide general cleaning services at the venue. However, exhibitors will be expected to keep booths clean and tidy throughout the book fair & exhibition.

Opening and Closing
The book fair & exhibition venue will be open to exhibitors by 8 am and close by 6 pm daily.
